Things go out of sync ~ we bring them back into balance. It's a continuous process as stress, toxins and disorder constantly bombard us.
But it's not a difficult process. It's not a return to the ethers. It's not an in depth study of spirituality, metaphysics and meditation. It's a conscious commitment to live in true recognition of Who You Are.
